Grigio
Grigio is a grey with warm undertones, taken from Grigio Alpi, a Vicenza stone known for its macrofossil detail. The colour sits comfortably next to cream, timber and taupe instead of cooling a room down. Its pattern also runs continuously to the edge, so a Grigio countertop can be mitred without the design breaking.
That makes it a sensible pick for thick mitred islands, waterfall ends and wrapped splashbacks, as well as a straightforward countertop run. Sintered ceramic is non-porous and never needs sealing. It is scratch resistant, handles heat well and is UV stable, so the same grey can continue into an outdoor kitchen.
At Videa Stone we supply the material and take it all the way through: site templating, cutting and shaping to your measurements, cut-outs, mitres and edge profiles, then installation of the finished countertop.
