Glencoe
Glencoe is a warm neutral quartz with a slightly translucent, marbled background. Thin veins in creamy white run across the surface and give it an active, fractured look closer to natural quartzite than to a plain engineered colour. It brings movement to a countertop without the strong contrast of a dark marble.
The tone works in both handleless modern kitchens and painted shaker units, and carries over to islands, splashbacks and vanity tops. Engineered quartz is non-porous, so this countertop needs no sealing and resists everyday staining and scratching. Heat is the one limit: use a trivet for pans straight off the hob.
At Videa Stone we supply the material and take it all the way to a fitted kitchen. We template on site, cut and shape each Glencoe countertop to your exact measurements, profile the edges and install it ourselves.
